We will be at the UniLife fair on the 19th September, come say hello and learn some more about what the societies aims are. We will also be available to help with joining the Women’s Society💖

Hey everyone!! We are a brand new society at University of Suffolk Students' Union called the Women’s Society!! 💖

We decided to start the Women’s Society, because we saw a gap at Suffolk for women to come together and unite. The root of our society is intersectionality, and we cannot emphasise enough that we welcome everyone to join us✨

If you join our society, you can expect:

- monthly meet ups (probably over cake)
- discussions about issues for women on campus as well as locally, nationally and internationally
- hearing from local charities and organisations and hopefully getting to work together with them
- working on campaigns such as to spread awareness on campus University of Suffolk
- opportunities to make change
- socials & loads of fun!! ☺️

We are planning to have our first meeting in September, with sign ups to join going live on the Student Union Website soon!! We are going to create a facebook group chat, so please message if you would like to be added to it!! 💖💖💖
