🌿 Why Outdoor Learning? 🌿
Because learning is about so much more than getting the right answer.
It’s about finding the courage to try something new, the confidence to have a go, the patience to keep trying when things don’t go to plan and the excitement of discovering what you’re capable of.
It’s about friendships forming naturally, imaginations running wild, problems being solved, risks being managed and children learning to trust themselves.
But perhaps most importantly, it’s about giving children the time, space and freedom to be themselves.
At Willows, we recognise that every child is different. They have their own strengths, interests, personalities and ways of learning.
Some children jump straight in. Others need time to watch, feel safe and build trust. And that’s absolutely fine. 💚
We believe that when children feel safe, valued and supported, their confidence grows, their curiosity flourishes and learning follows naturally.
