What skills are you developing to achieve your goals?

Got psw ( Graduate route visa) . What is next?

Most of Psw are going to ask the single most important question. I asked that question in 2012 while I was on psw.

There are three answers are coming around to answer the question.
A. Research Masters/DBA/Phd

B. Work Permit

C. Assylum ( who don’t have any options)

To avoid the 1st & 3rd options, I would share the direct answer. It doesn’t take you to your destination ( settlement) certainly.

Also, after passing some years, you will have the same issue. That’s even painful as you will have 6-7 years in the uk . After so many years, you even don’t know whether you will get settled or you got to go back home.

What about 2nd option?
Do you have a skill that helps you to earn £41,700 per annum?

Mostly say NO. How come? Just finished my degree & jumped into Psw.

Next question is how much is earning now?
Mostly will answer around £2000. That means yearly £24,00. Can you jump from 24,000 to £41,700 in two years time?

Personally, I don’t know you. Please help me to answer it below.

Now, I will give a secret route to get settled in the uk 🇬🇧 if you really understand what I am about to share with you now.

Let’s imagine that you passed your degree in business or marketing from university. During your study, you did some internships & gain a digital skill on “ How to run facebook ads?”

You landed a job at minimum wage which is around £2000. That means your employer generates 3-5 times revenue by your contribution . Most business owners expect that.

Pause for a second. If you do the same thing for 15 people (business )by hiring & training just 2-3 people what exactly you do. It means that you pay your 3 employees £6000 per month but you generate £30,000 people monthly. I know that you got to do the deduction for rent, sales , marketing & advertisement.

What if you learn & know all of these ( sales, marketing & advertisements from someone & pay for mentoring you.

At the end of month, you’ll approximately generate £360,000 yearly where as you pay to your employees £75,000 only along with other expenses.

Now, Think back to yourself & your skills which generates £2000 monthly & £24,000 yearly.

However, by putting into an agency business model & multiplying your skills by hiring & training, you can generate so much.

Lastly, You can draw a salary of £41,700 or 50k or 100k even as you wish as a CEO . By doing this, you can make application for self sponsorship visa & secure your settlement in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧.

A painful experience like being barbecued…

Last Saturday, my plan was to spend time with family . I woke up early & spent some time with my 6 months little one. It was great time.

I can’t remember when I fell in sleep.All of a sudden, I got a push that my colleague was trying to contact me through family members.

I picked up the phone & saw so many missed calls. I jumped in the call & came to know that 3 participants were in the office for self sponsorship workshop.

Ops! We cancelled it & moved to next week on 12th July due to unavailability of expert speakers .

How come? I assigned one of my colleagues to call all of the participants to apologise & move to next date (12th July). However, the customers are always right. They paid for the workshop & turned up on time.

I was literally perplexed what to do. The push back from client’s side was so much. Probably, you might be thinking what’s the matter ? Just refund them. Really, they paid £1 to confirm their seats to get a full day workshop where they will learn from millionaire mentor, a barrister & a chartered certified accountant. Will they be happy if I refund £1?

One of them came from Portsmouth cancelling his shift. Plus, he spent money on train tickets. He stated “ I can’t stand this “. I felt like I got to hit the road & serve them.

I already promised my wife to visit town Center with her for shopping. I requested my colleague to request them on zoom. I listened to them & promised to serve them unless they are not satisfied with information. I also promised to compensate them financially. I did apologise nearly 10 times. I truly served them over 2 hours where I charge a four figure for an hour consultancy. I also promised to send previous events recorded. I answered all questions & thanked them for their patience.

If I put myself in their shoes, I would be definitely angry in that situation. I asked my colleague what happened? She acknowledged that she forgot to leave text messages for a few people who didn’t answer the calls.

The reason I am sharing this with you is to remind myself that the work we do is not typical. We go beyond the boundaries to get the clients happy . Always, we can’t make them happy but we leave no stone unturned.
