Being independent is so important at bumblebees and they love a challenge, our bumblebees are always ready and excited to learn new things and learn new challenges which helps them feel more important and independent.

Bumblebees are helping themselves to a glass of fresh milk during snack time.

Messy play activity is our favourite, Bumblebees love getting messy in our sensory activity.

Children have had a great interest in Lego building, they love making their own cars/trains/buildings and express their views with their friends during role playing and engaging in conversation.

Healthy Eating

Bumblebees have learnt about the importance of healthy eating and embrace this everyday during snack and lunch time.

Children really enjoyed making their own fruit skewers and fruit salad which they made themselves, they used different types of fruits and knives to cut there own fruits for their fruit salad, they were so excited and happy to have the independence of catering their own food.

We talked about the different colours, shapes and taste of each fruit.

Children are exploring with cooked pasta using their fine motor skills by using tweezers to pincer grip the pasta and spaghetti.

Bumblebees also made their very own poppy necklace for Remembrance Day last week

Our bumblebees went to a local trip to visit animals and pets.

Children were very excited about going on a bus

We saw rabbits, tropical fishes, cold water fishes, dogs, mice, rats and many more pets.
