Balfour Nursery

The children at Balfour Nursery have had a lovely week celebrating Christmas, making gifts for their families, eating lots of delicious Christmas food, dancing, playing games and meeting Father Christmas.
We did not forget our parents and carers who were given a Christmas treat too, we hope you enjoyed it.

Don't forget this week is Christmas party week, we are looking forward to Santa popping in to see us and having our yummy Christmas dinner.

I want to say a massive thank you to all our parents and practitioners who generously donated to our food bank charity week.
Your donations, along with our raffle and guess the name of the teddy game helped supply 110kg of products to the Redbridge food bank.

The children were given the opportunity to help load the food bank van with everything they collected.

The name of the teddy was Oscar! Well done to our winner, I think the teddy was bigger than you!!

Balfour Nursery Diwali Party:
The children took part in a week of activities, ranging from firework displays, rangoli patterns, creating diva's, making cards, eating traditional foods, and wear beautiful outfits.

Its our charity week this week, and we have decided to support our local food bank. Please leave your donations in the box in reception.
Don't forget to take part in the "guess the name of the teddy" and our raffle, all proceeds will be used to buy additional items for the food bank.

Don't forget our Diwali party on Friday 10th November 2023

The children had lots of fun at our Halloween party. The children looked amazing in their costumes and face paints.
They took part in themed activities including pumpkin carving, ghost and spider craft as well as ice melting activities to release the spiders!

Pre-loved School Uniform Sale at Ilford Exchange 26/08/23.

On Saturday 26 August there will be a sale of pre-loved school uniforms at The Loft, Level 3, The Exchange, Ilford IG1 1RS from 10am to 5pm.

All items will be £1.50 for branded,
£1 for unbranded.

A selection of some of the children who have recently graduated and their graduation ceremony with their parents. We are so proud of all their achievements and wish them lots of luck in their new adventures at 'big' school.
