Sakthi Fine Arts Youth Dance Group Sakthi Fine Arts Youth dance group specialises in Indian Classical Dance style Bharatha Natyam. The group follow the Kalakshetra Bani

Anusha discovered her passion for dance when she attended her first dance class in 1985 in London’s reputed Bharatha Vidya Bavan and later in 1986 with Smt Pathmini Gunaseelan of Narthana Kalalaya.. She became an active dance member of Nathana Kalalaya and performed in professional shows for more than 10 years. She was also very privileged to take Master classes with the Late Adyar K Lakshman for

several years. Anusha has performed in more than 100 dance shows in the UK and has toured around Europe, India and Sri Lanka.Tharsha also began her training under Smt Pathmini Gunaseelan and has performed over 50 shows in and out of the UK. She is a keen performer, choreographer and teacher. Tharsha loves exploring other dance styles and fusing them with Bharatha Natyam. Along with her sister they have performed and choreographed for prestigious events like the Mayor of London’s Big Dance festival, The olympic Torch Relay and for charities such as the British Red Cross, MIOT, and for local Churches and Temples.
