Readers are leaders! 📚 A day for all those who love to read, National Book Lovers Day encourages you to find your favorite reading place, a good book (whether it be fiction or non-fiction) and read the day away.

FCL Ilford is dedicated to helping each of our students push themselves to reach their potential and ultimately succeed! We are here to motivate you so you can put effort into achieving your academic goals. We provide the best learning materials which we explain, mark and review with our students to solidify their knowledge and prepare them well for examinations. Lastly we provide the maximum amount of support to our students with any queries and request for extra help, in addition to supporting the parents of our students in keeping them updated with their child's progress and the ways that they can help them to improve their learning further. On July 21st, National Be Someone Day challenges each of us to take ten seconds to make a difference in a child’s life. Most importantly, be someone prepared to report when a child trusts you enough and tells you they are experiencing abuse. Ten seconds can change a child’s life.

Join our Maths sessions we teach from KS1 up to A-level! See how we use interactive elements to clearly explain and review work to engage students and make learning more interesting. We have received so much good feedback about the way we conduct our lessons which we have perfected since the very first lockdown! Many people recognize that each person prefers different learning styles and techniques. Learning styles group common ways that people learn. Everyone has a mix of learning styles. Some people may find that they have a dominant style of learning, with far less use of the other styles. It is key to take this on board when studying! Visual learners may find it valuable to colour code notes for example. Similarly, auditory learners are likely to gain from record their notes being read aloud, and listening back to them. In addition to this, tactile learners may benefit active revision methods such as card-sorting activities. .
