Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. Because we are more active today than ever before, it is an injustice to your own body for you to wake up and not stretch and also for you to not stretch after some physical activity!! As an up and coming IFBB Pro Athlete, we weigh ourselves once a week on check in day. We do have some requirements from our coach; this is, weigh yourself on the same scales, at the same time. This is usually done in my boxers too. This is done after visiting the loo and of course this is on an empty stomach. In the UK, the Eatwell Guide suggests you should aim for 6-8 glasses of water and other liquids each day to replace normal water loss – around 1.2 to 1.5 litres. Water, lower fat milk and sugar-free drinks, including tea and coffee, all count.

Since times have changed and genrally we move around more in terms of steps and people are more active in their day to day, we suggest your water intake should be increased from your 1.5 litres to 3-4 litres. Personal as a fitness model myself, i drink about 6 litres a day we supports, my organs, weight loss, help with blood circulation and appetite and hunger.
