🧘 Yoga at nursery 🧘
Our staff have been sharing their passion for yoga with the children through fun and engaging yoga sessions at nursery.
Yoga supports the EYFS area of Physical Development, helping children improve balance, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, and concentration. These sessions also encourage mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and confidence in a calm and playful environment.

🎉 So much fun with Zip Zap!
The children had another fantastic session with Zip Zap, filled with laughter, movement, music, and interactive play. A huge thank you to Hannah from Zip Zap for always bringing so much energy and excitement to our nursery!
These sessions support several EYFS areas including physical development, communication and language, and Personal, Social and Emotional Development, helping children build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and positive relationships through shared experiences.
We love seeing the children so engaged, active, and happy during every session 🌟
