🎶 L’il theatre trip before the start of the new term with my university pal 🎭

A completely new musical for me as deliberately hadn’t listened to the soundtrack before seeing it live. Incredible staging and a great ensemble piece. Orpheus in particular was 🔥 and the close harmony of the three fates is sublime. Recommend!

When I heard Mountview was releasing its own exam syllabus, I knew I just HAD to be part of it from the very beginning. So this exciting package arrived in the post this morning as I am one of the inaugural cohort of Mountview Examiners. It feels even more special given it’s returning to the place I trained. 🥰

The syllabus is👌🏼🔥 with just the right balance of demand and flexibility of choice across the triple threat disciplines.

A simple group exercise to get everyone tuning in and blending well by following my movements and hand signals. We layered the 4 part harmony first and then:

*When I went to my right = make the tone brighter
*When I went to my left = make the tone darker
*Hands higher = louder
*Hands lower = quieter

It does also look like i’m doing a poor version of a ballerina towards the end! 🩰🤣
