Alongside our local community, we say goodbye to Ricky Hatton today - a local lad whose journey from our streets to the world stage has touched us all.
Even though our nursery children may not know him yet, his legacy becomes a living lesson - hard work, respect, and community spirit we nurture every day. In classrooms and on playgrounds, his story guides our littlest dreamers to dream big, work kindly, and stay true to where they come from.
To his family and friends, our thoughts are with you as we honor a life well lived. Ricky's courage will inspire generations to come, proving that big dreams begin in small places.
