✨ MACDUFF SHIPYARDS LIMITED - APPRENTICESHIPS ✨

Macduff Shipyards will shortly be recruiting some more Apprentices to join our workforce. We currently have Apprentices specializing in carpentry, joinery, welding and engineering mainly based in Macduff but also spread over our other sites in Buckie and Fraserburgh. Our carpentry and joinery Apprentices are normally a 4-year Apprenticeship with on-the-job training and the opportunity to study for a SVQ Level 3 certificate starting in year 3 with NESCOL. All our other Apprenticeships are either four or five year Modern Apprenticeships composed of on-the-job training, attendance at NESCOL in Fraserburgh on a day release basis followed by coursework in the workplace.

These posts would be suitable for school leavers or someone who has some attendance at College. You should have a good standard of education and be keen to learn. You must be conscientious, proactive, reliable and motivated.
