The CambsEYC blog 'Creating calm: Why routines matter more than you think' explores how consistent, well-planned routines help children regulate emotions, settle into the day, and fully engage with play and learning. When transitions, arrivals, care moments and group times flow smoothly, children can relax, focus and feel secure.
