We would love to invite you into our beautiful setting to enjoy some coffee/tea and cake! We couldn’t think of a better way to do this than raising money for such a wonderful charity.

☕️ Friday 30th September 10- 11.30AM ☕️

Sadly this event will be a prompt 11.30 finish to enable us to prepare lunch for the children.

This will be a great opportunity to take a look around the setting, meet the team and our amazing families.

The sun is shining here 🌞.

We are doing one of our favourite things to do and that's water play, and mostly transporting water using a variety of tools. Water play activities help to develop and strengthen children's gross and fine motor skills. Children enhance their gross motor skills, coordination and physical fitness through lifting, pouring, carrying and splashing, while actions such as squeezing help to develop the small muscles in a child's hands.

We've had a very exciting morning, checking in on our veggies that we grew. It turns out that we had a few successful pots such as potatoes, a few types of lettuce, mint and spring onion. After disecting the plants, we used all of our senses to explore them further, we then extended our topic to have a go at drawing what we had explored.

Using many senses to gather information helps learning to be more meaningful and useful. Children naturally learn with all the senses.
