I wanted to share this for school staff who might not have seen it. You can get a free one-year subscription to Headspace.
It’s a lovely way to pause, breathe, and look after your own wellbeing.

🍂 World Mental Health Day
I spotted these beautiful autumn leaves on my walk today, a small reminder of how connecting with nature can gently support our mental health on World Mental Health Day.
Similarly, Drawing and Talking is a gentle yet powerful play therapy approach that helps people of all ages, from 4 to 104 with emotional well-being.

✨ Exciting news ✨
I’m really happy to share my very first set of flyers.
Bringing Drawing and Talking into my work as a Primary School Teacher has been such a privilege, and now I’m almost ready to begin offering sessions independently.
After the October half-term, I’ll have space for sessions on either a Monday or a Friday and I’m looking forward to getting started.
If you’d like to know more, please do get in touch.
