When I started this work, my goal was simple: to help people feel more confident with research, data and analysis. Over the years I’ve seen so many bright and capable professionals hesitate when faced with numbers, analysis, or statistical jargon. My role is to take away that fear, make it clear, practical, and, when it can be, enjoyable.

One of the things I hear most often from participants is that my sessions feel different. They are not overloaded with equations or tied to the latest software fad. Instead, I focus on why we do things, not just the mechanics of how. That way the learning sticks and becomes useful across roles and sectors.

The courses are designed to be accessible for everyone, from administrators who want to feel confident interpreting reports, to analysts and clinicians working with data every day, right through to managers who need to understand results in order to make good decisions.

The new brochure brings all of this together, with courses covering:
- Research skills such as Critical Appraisal of Literature and Writing Research Proposals
- Statistics and analysis including Regression Methods and Models, Time Series Forecasting, and Statistical Process Control
- Communicating with data through sessions like Data Storytelling, Making Data Accessible, and Presenting to Multi-Professional Groups

All of my training can be delivered face to face, online, pre recorded, or through interactive e learning (although time needs to be given for these to be built). Taster sessions are also available for teams who want to try things out first.
