My passion for great Italian food is so strong I’d love to share it with you. Then, you too can enjoy scrumptious meals with the art of great Italian cooking. Ama La Vita (Love Life) was set up after moving to Italy in 1987 where I spent 27 years living as a Chef. I consider myself very lucky that I have had the greatest of opportunities in my life while in Italy. I’ve worked, hands-on, with those

typical Italian old ladies that just love food and ooze ‘mamma mia” as they share such amazing expertise. There I learned the basis of my culinary skills. I’ve also worked alongside some of the greatest Italian chefs in some of Italy’s finest restaurants. I have truly learned the fine art of food and wine. Now I would like to share these skills and tips with you. To do this I’m arranging Cooking Classes around the Wirral and Merseyside. Keeping the groups small allows everyone to have a “hands on” experience on some of the simple, yet effective, tips for great cooking. What we cook will be based on what you need by pre-planning the whole experience with you. I would love to bring that art and pleasure to your very own table. If you would prefer someone to do the cooking for you then Ama La Vita can make that happen. We arrange Italian Dinner Parties in your very own home.
