AP student got silver in an U20 97kg GB Grand Prix international comp.
Joab has been training with coach nayim for a few weeks working on his Olympic wrestling. Joab has been working hard both on and off the mats and the result is showing with him winning a medal in an international competition.

Ben has cerebral palsy and a family man. He works at the post office and occasional get sciatica pain due to overload and stress. He is managing well with yoga but we looking to get him stronger, fitter and better. We have started to do pads as a method of helping him towards this goal.
