FLexercise with Cath

I joined the Apprentice scheme in Autumn 2023 and qualified a year later as I went at my own pace. 2 years on I’m now teaching 3 classes a week and loving it! I can honestly say it’s the most enjoyable job I’ve ever had! I’m also very proud to be carrying on the legacy of this fantastic organisation! You can join us too - see below to find out more ⬇️

FLexercise has been delivering effective exercise to music classes for over 95 years - naturally our heritage is something we are justifiably proud of - we’d love to welcome more teachers to our team!

If you sign up to FLexercise’s apprenticeship scheme, you will learn how to blend safe, effective exercise and movement, using a variety of music. It’s a flexible way to train as a teacher, allowing you to go at your own pace, with support and mentoring provided throughout.

My FLexercise classes near central Horsham on a Saturday morning are a great way to start your weekend! Gentle exercise, movement to music, working the whole body and having fun will really put a spring in your step. No need to book - just turn up! Come at 0850 for 0900 start! We are a friendly bunch and will give you a warm welcome!
Please bring water and an exercise mat.
