You’re out shopping when someone suddenly collapses in front of you. They’re unresponsive and not breathing normally.

Would you know what to do?

The correct answer is to call 999 and start CPR. ❤️

In an emergency, knowing those first few steps can make a huge difference. Don’t wait until you’re faced with a situation like this to learn them.

Did you know?

Anaphylaxis can happen even if someone has never had a severe allergic reaction before.

It can develop quickly and become life-threatening, so knowing the signs and how to respond is an important first aid skill. 🚑

If someone is showing signs of anaphylaxis, use their adrenaline auto-injector if available and call 999.

Knowing what to do could save a life. ❤️
