✈️ We're Hiring - Part-Time Operations Assistants ✈️
We're currently looking to recruit part-time Operations Assistants to join our team at Devon & Somerset Flight Training, with an immediate start available.
We're looking for either:
✅ One person to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, or
✅ Two people to fill two part-time positions:
• Friday & Saturday
• Sunday & Monday
The role:
As part of our Operations Team, you'll be helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the flight school/airfield. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure in a busy, sometimes noisy environment, while always maintaining a safe, professional and friendly approach to our customers and students.
Requirements:
• Be over 18 years of age
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
Full training will be provided, although previous aviation experience would be an advantage.
