Ages 15+ all abilities welcome….

A super hot and sweaty dance fitness class. A huge variety of music from cheesy tunes to 80s and 90s and current. We dance, we sing, we laugh we burn calories. No routines to remember just watch and follow. A big class and availability doesn’t come often so be quick if you would like a space.

Adult dance class!!! 🤠🤠🤠🤠

Another fun packed class with lots of wiggles and giggles. We learn a big variety of routines including some line dancing 😎🤩 routines are broken down and taught at a steady pace for everyone to enjoy. Rock n roll, disco freestyle and street routines are included. Everyone welcome. Don’t miss out on a chance to join us!

This class is slightly different which includes learning a variety of dance routines. Disco freestyle, street dance, line dancing and more! All abilities and ages welcome. 😊 we go over routines each week so you are never left behind. This class is new to Ipswich so come along and join us us! 💪🏻
