Welcome back! We hope all our pupils, families and staff enjoyed a wonderful summer break.

Today marks a very special start to the new academic year, as Orchard View Primary Academy proudly opened the doors of its brand-new site for the first time. We can't wait to see our pupils inspire, nurture and excel in their new learning environment.

We are delighted to share that Ash Hill Primary School has been approved to join Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust, with the school expected to formally become part of the Trust on 1 October 2026.

This is a really exciting and positive step for both Ash Hill and IFPT. Our priority is to enhance educational opportunities at Ash Hill while safeguarding the excellent education and pastoral support that children currently receive.

By working together, sharing expertise and learning from one another, we can create even greater opportunities for children, families and staff across all of our primaries.

Ash Hill will bring its own strengths, values and expertise to our Trust, helping us grow even stronger for the benefit of every child, member of staff and the communities we serve.

We look forward to welcoming Ash Hill's pupils, families, staff and governors to the IFPT family and beginning this exciting new chapter together.

Inspiring Futures Professional Development are collaborating with Buckinghamshire New University to offer online training sessions for teaching assistants, free of charge to schools.

Sign your TAs up to 'TA STEP' sessions learn more about:

* Demand Avoidance- approaches to supporting pupils

* Sensory Circuits- making effective use to meet sensory needs

* Relational Learning- approaches that prioritise secure relationships to support emotional regulation.

Please do share with any schools you think may benefit- primary and secondary TAs welcome.

TA STEP is a series of development sessions for Teaching Assistants being provided by Buckinghamshire New University and Inspiring Futures Professional Development.
