Imagine being able to find that place of balance where you can get in incredible shape, feel great mentally and physically…

And still enjoy a super active social life.

So many women think it can’t be done.

But it truly can ❤️.

My client found this amazing place of balance after years of being held back by her all or nothing mindset…

And believing that to feel in great shape physically, she’d have to sacrifice her social life, that she values so much.

Cathy’s done so much work in bringing awareness to her all or nothing thinking and also her values.

She’s realised how key it is to work on the mindset side of things to achieve lasting physical results.

And she’s reached a place where she’s super confident with her body and her physical and mental health, whilst still seriously enjoying life.

Her energy is high and her confidence and happiness are beaming 🙌.

Client felt frustrated she wasn’t seeing the results she felt she should be…

Until she joined my coaching programme and realised she hadn’t been focusing on the mindset side of things.

Lasting results require long-term behaviour change.

And that’s one of the toughest things to do as an adult.

Biology literally works against us with this.

It’s why so many people find themselves stuck in yo-yo diet cycles, and struggle to maintain results.

Failing and relapse is an inevitable and necessary part of behaviour change…

But so many people simply give up here.

This is why working with a coach is KEY.

When you hit the inevitable relapse and the serious dip in motivation.

Struggling with motivation?

Next time you keep hitting that snooze button or you’re telling yourself you’re just not motivated to exercise…

Ask yourself these three powerful questions.

1️⃣ Is this bringing me closer to or further away from my goals?

2️⃣ Will I feel proud of myself at the end of the day if I don’t do this?

3️⃣ How great will I feel if I do this vs. how will I feel if I don’t do this?

Then count down…3,2,1

And get it done 🙌.

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿?

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁…

But they’re so glad they did.

I wanted you to know this, as I know you’ve been watching me for a while and thinking about reaching out.

But I know you’re feeling nervous.

You’re worried it will be too tough and you won’t have time to fit it into your busy life.

You’re telling yourself now isn’t the right time as you’ve got loads going on.

You’re worried as you’re not sure what it will cost and think it may be too expensive.

And that you’ll have to actually put you first.

You’re telling yourself it will be easier just to go back to that old diet you tried before.

Or that you just need to see a face to face PT for one hour a week.

Forgetting that in fact it’s the remaining 167 hours where you’ll really need the support.

The truth that nobody tells you about achieving lasting fat loss results.

We live in a society of diet culture that is set up purposely to not teach you how to get lasting results.

I coach my clients how to achieve lasting results.

And here’s 7 truths about how to achieve them

1️⃣ You have to step into a new identity and be prepared to change habits, behaviours and thinking patters.

2️⃣ You have to be prepared to do the inner emotional and mindset work and get clear on exactly why you are where you are and what’s stopping you moving forward.

3️⃣ You need to get crystal clear on your values and vision and start living congruently with these.

4️⃣ You are going to have ups and downs and until you learn that these are lessons, showing you something, you’ll keep throwing the towel in.

5️⃣ It needs to come from a place of self acceptance and self compassion. Trying to change from a place of hate and frustration will never work.

6️⃣ You need to accept, it is never going to be a quick fix.

7️⃣ Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone and quit the excuses.

P.S. seeing a Personal Trainer once or twice a week isn’t going to give you all this.

This comes with coaching.

I wanted to ask, because if you’re simply just ‘interested’ in achieving your health and fitness goals, I’m not the coach for you, BUT…

If you’re 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙙 to achieving your goals…

Like you’re so frustrated of trying different things, you’re feeling stuck in a rut and know you need to demand more but not sure where to begin…

𝙄’𝙢 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪. 💯

All the women in my Wow Academy are 100% committed to achieving their goals.

When you’re committed, you’ll do whatever it takes.

You’ll be willing to upgrade your identity, get out of your comfort zone, get super self aware, work on building new habits and behaviours, and challenge your limiting beliefs.

But most of all, you’ll be committed to training your brain for success…

Because sustainable results will NEVER be achieved by simply training the body.

But when you’re simply ‘interested’ in losing weight quickly maybe for a holiday or for the summer…

You’ll do it in a surface level way, and you’ll come with so many excuses and barriers.

When you’re ‘committed’ to it, you do it to improve your life, and it hits differently.

All my clients are committed…

I won’t take you on if you’re just ‘interested’ in quick results for the short term.

Or if you’re just shopping around for a Personal Trainer or coach.

So, if you’re feeling stuck in a rut right now, please ask yourself…

Am I simply interested in changing, or am I committed?

So if weight loss and calorie burn or earn is your motivation to exercise…

And you’re only doing it for that outcome.

Please reframe it. Otherwise you won’t enjoy it and you’ll give up.

Exercise should be seen as an enjoyable process for life to feel fit, strong and healthy both physically and mentally.

And guess what? When you start viewing it that way you’ll be happy with how you look physically (plus you’ll feel fantastic).

Should you be doing weights or cardio first?

Well if your goal is to look lean and toned, like most of the women I coach, I’d always recommend weights first and then cardio.

Because if you burn yourself out and use all your energy doing cardio first…

You’ll not have enough energy to lift weights at the right intensity.
