I wasted a lot of time waiting to feel ready for a life I hadn’t even figured out yet.

There have been plenty of times in my life where I had no idea what the next chapter would look like and for a long time, I thought I needed to have everything planned out to a tee before I could move forward.

Perfectionist? Yep.
Control freak? 💯 😂

I thought the perfect plan would mean I’d get it right.

Instead, I overthought.
Procrastinated.
Waited for the “right” time.

I was either doing it all or nothing at all
and ultimately, i just suffered 🤯

Progress isn’t linear.

It’s messy.
Some days you smash it.
Other days, simply showing up is enough.

But moving forward and taking action is better than standing still waiting for perfect.

So now I focus on:

One day at a time.
One moment at a time.
One step at a time.

I don’t need to know how the story ends.
I just need to keep turning the page.

If you’re in a chapter where you don’t know what comes next, keep going.

Your next chapter might be closer than you think. ❤️

If this hit home, leave a ❤️ below
Or give me one word for the chapter you’re in right now.

I’ll go first in the comments 👇🏼

You don’t have to win today…

You just have to not fu***ng quit!

Bad week? - Start again.

Missed a session? - Get the next one.

Fell off your nutrition? - Back to it next meal.

Things didn’t go to plan? - Adjust the plan.

Keep moving.
Keep showing up.
Keep trying.

Because sometimes the difference between “I couldn’t” and “I did”…

…is simply one more time.

It’s a new week.

LFG 💪🏼🔥

Feeling overwhelmed by everything you need to change to reach your goal?

🛑 Stop trying to change everything at once.

Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.

Because sometimes you look at the goal and everything you need to do to get there and you just freeze.

You have no idea where to start.

Or you do something maybe you change your training, your diet, your routine, but you’re not actually sure if it’s the right thing.

Then months go by and you’re frustrated because you’re still not getting anywhere.

And eventually comes the “f**k it, there’s no point” feeling.

This is why in my coaching, we break the big goal down into small, manageable actions that actually move you towards it.

💪🏼 Training.
🍎 Nutrition.
😴 Sleep.
🦶Steps.
❤️‍🩹 Recovery.
📚Better habits.

Nothing extreme. Just consistent actions that fit into YOUR actual life not a copy paste template!

Because you don’t need to be perfect.

Life will happen. Plans will change. You’ll have bad days.

The goal is learning how to adjust, keep going and take the next step.

That’s where having a coach can make such a difference, helping you know what to focus on now, keeping you accountable and adjusting the plan when life changes.

One step. One day. One habit at a time.

If you know what you want to achieve but feel stuck on how to get there, DM me “STEP” and tell me what you’re working towards.

Let’s figure out your first step.

Okay… you asked for the protein porridge 👀🥣

Recipes aren’t really something I post on here… but after having quite a few of you ask for this in my DMs, I thought I’d finally share it!

And honestly, the timing couldn’t be better because it’s getting colder, darker and I’m already freezing my butt off 😂

So a warm, comforting breakfast that’s packed with protein? YES please.

🥣 Protein Porridge

Ingredients:
* 30g oats
* 2g cinnamon
* 1 tsp sweetener of choice (if you’re not watching calories, honey or maple syrup would be delicious!)
* 100g egg whites
* 30g low-fat cottage cheese
* 50ml milk or water

Method:
1. Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
2. Hob: Transfer to a pan and gently heat, stirring regularly until it thickens to your preferred consistency.
OR microwave: 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
3. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

🍂 Autumn topping ideas

I used some homemade coffee granola because I had it to use up, but you could add:
🍎 Cooked apples + Cinnamon
🍐 Warmed pears + Pumpkin Spice
🫐 Berries
🥜 Walnuts or pecans for some crunch
🍯 A drizzle of honey or maple syrup

I’m currently pretty limited on calories with prep, so I’ve kept mine simple - but you can absolutely add more toppings when your calories allow! 💯

I’ve actually been making this for years. It’s one of my favourite ways to get a decent amount of protein into breakfast without relying on protein powder, while still having something that feels comforting and filling.

And because I know some of you are going to ask… yes, the cottage cheese and egg whites work 😂 You don’t taste them they help bump up the protein and make the porridge lovely and creamy. Try it!

If you like this kind of post, let me know and I’ll share more recipes on here. 👇🏼

Save this for a cold morning 🥣
Send it to someone who needs a breakfast upgrade ❤️

Anyone else spend so much time in their own head that you forget to actually live what’s happening in front of you?

I’ve always been someone who can overthink EVERYTHING.

I analyse conversations.
I overcomplicate simple things.
I want to get things right - all the time 🫠
I strive for perfection.

And I can spend so much time thinking about what I should be doing, what I could have done differently, or what might happen next…

That I completely miss what’s actually happening right now.

And if I’m being really honest, when I get stuck in that place, I can become quite selfish. Everything becomes about my thoughts, my worries, my feelings.

I’ve had to learn that living inside my head isn’t always the safest or healthiest place for me to be.

So I started simplifying things. Instead of trying to work out the next week, month or year…

I started focusing on today.
Every morning is a clean slate.

I try to notice the things I would normally rush past.

The colour of the sky.
The sound of my son laughing.
The smell of coffee in the morning.
The feeling of my feet on the floor.
A conversation without thinking about what I’m going to say next.

I meditate.
I make space for quiet.
I practise bringing myself back to right now.

And honestly?

It’s nothing revolutionary, It’s the basics.

But the basics are ridiculously easy to forget when your mind is constantly racing.

I still overthink.
I still have days where I get completely caught up in my head.
I still want to control everything.

The difference is that now I recognise it.

And instead of trying to solve my entire life in one afternoon…

I come back to today.

Sometimes just the next hour.

Sometimes the next 10 minutes. 😂

You don’t have to figure everything out today. You just have to come back to where you are 🫶🏼

Save this for a day when your mind feels too loud ❤️

And if you know someone who needs the reminder that they don’t have to figure everything out today, share this with them.

Imagine how different you could look, feel and perform 4 months from now.

But first… September…

If you’re anything like me, the adjustment to autumn feels like a bit of a slap in the face 😳

Summer disappears.
The mornings get darker.
The evenings get shorter.
The weather gets colder.

And at the same time, life suddenly goes from summer mode to FULL SPEED.

School routines are back.
Kids’ football, swimming, clubs and activities start again.
Work ramps up.
The calendar fills.
And somehow everyone needs to be somewhere at 6pm. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s easy for your own training, nutrition, sleep and recovery to slide down the list. But this is exactly when you need a plan that works with your life.

That’s where Regulate - Strengthen - Recover comes in.

REGULATE - manage the stress and demands of everyday life instead of constantly running on empty.

STRENGTHEN - train with purpose to build muscle, strength and confidence without needing to live in the gym.

RECOVER - prioritise sleep, nutrition and recovery so your body can actually adapt and progress.

Because you don’t need to wait for life to calm down. You need to learn how to keep progressing when life gets busy AF.

And here’s the exciting part… You have 4 months left of 2026.

Four months to build strength.
Four months to build muscle.
Four months to change your habits.

And summer?

9 months away. ☀️

Imagine where you could be if you stopped starting over and simply stayed consistent.

Patience is a virtue. Results take time.

Don’t wait for January.

Start now.

No plan? DM me “START” and let’s build one around you, your life and goals 👊🏼

Regulate. Strengthen. Recover.

One of the biggest cheat codes in life 👇🏼

You can wake up one day and decide…“That’s enough of that.” and change direction completely.

I know this one all too well.

I’m stubborn. Really stubborn. 😬

I’ll push through and finish something simply because I said I would - even when deep down, I know it’s no longer right for me.

I used to see walking away as failure.

Now I’m learning to lean into my intuition and actually know myself - my assets and my defects.

Because that’s who I am.

There’s no point hiding from myself or trying to be someone I’m not. I’m proud of all of me. The strengths, the flaws, the stubbornness and the lessons.

And honestly, this is a huge part of how I coach too.

Your plan should work with you, not against you.

Sometimes you need to push.
Sometimes you need to adapt.
Sometimes you need to take a step back and recover.

The goal isn’t to blindly stick to a plan because you said you would - it always backfires sooner or later 😫

It’s learning to understand yourself well enough to know what you need, when you need it, and why.

Life isn’t linear and neither is progress. ✨

If you’re tired of forcing yourself into plans that don’t fit, let’s build one that does.

DM me “COACHING” and let’s chat about what you actually need to move forward.

Plot twist: you don’t always need a new body. Sometimes you just need a new goal.

And this is what 3 years of changing mine looked like. 👀

2023 ➡️ 2026.

I went from training, competing and coaching CrossFit for over 10 years to chasing a completely different goal through bodybuilding.

And honestly? I still absolutely LOVE CrossFit.

But the goalposts have changed.

CrossFit and bodybuilding are two entirely different sports.

Different training.
Different stimulus.
Different mindset.
Different ways to push your body.

And I LOVE that.

There’s something so exciting about learning something completely new - becoming a beginner again, figuring out what works, understanding my body differently and finding new ways to challenge myself.

Physically AND mentally.

Because progress isn’t always about becoming a completely different person.

Sometimes it’s about taking everything you’ve learned, changing the goal, and seeing what else you’re capable of.

2023 me loved the challenge.

2026 me still does.

Just a very different challenge now. 🔥

And I’m only getting started.

I’ll be sharing more of the journey - the training, the lessons, the wins, the struggles and everything I learn along the way.

If you’re on your own journey of becoming stronger, fitter or simply seeing what you’re capable of, follow along. 🖤

Something feels different this month… and I’m ready for it. 🔥

Diving into September with fresh energy.

A new routine.
A new school for my son.
New rhythms as a mum.
Taking my training and nutrition up a notch to see what I can achieve - watch this space 💪🏼

And alongside that, watching my clients work hard, stay consistent and push towards their own goals - and being there to support them every step of the way. 🤩

Big work goals, personal goals.
Lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes.

It feels like a new chapter and I’m genuinely excited for it.

No rushing. No forcing. Just peacefully ready to see what’s possible and to go with the flow…

September, let’s see what you’ve got. 🔥

And I’d love to know… what’s happening in your world this month? New beginnings, goals, changes, things you’re excited about - tell me.

I always love hearing what you’re working towards 🥰👇🏼

Your mood is allowed to change.

Your habits don’t have to.

Don’t let how you feel dictate everything you do.

Stress. Emotions. A bad night’s sleep. A busy day.
They can all hijack your focus and make you lose sight of what actually matters to you.

This is where consistency and good habits become so powerful.

Not because you have to push through everything.
But because you learn the difference between “I don’t feel like it” and “I genuinely need to rest.”

And that’s exactly why I believe in Regulate - Strengthen - Recover.

Most people focus almost entirely on the strengthen part — train harder, do more, push further.

But if you’re not regulating your nervous system and prioritising recovery, eventually your body will start shouting what you’ve been ignoring.

Burnout.
Constant fatigue.
Poor recovery.
Losing motivation.
Or simply feeling like everything is a chore.

The goal isn’t to be disciplined 100% of the time.

It’s to build a body and lifestyle that allow you to show up consistently without constantly running yourself into the ground.

Regulate.
Strengthen.
Recover.

Do all three consistently — and you might just find you enjoy the process a whole lot more. 🥰

If you’re tired of starting over, pushing harder and wondering why it isn’t working, this is where coaching can help.

I’ll help you understand what your body needs, build a training and nutrition approach you can actually sustain, and learn how to regulate, strengthen and recover — without living in the all-or-nothing cycle.

DM me “COACHING” and let’s talk about what you need to move forward.
