🌟Last week of term was such a busy but rewarding one!🌟
Our Level 3 first-year students kicked things off by getting stuck in with quad bike manoeuvres, tractor driving, rolling the fields, repairing fencing, and learning just how important paddock and grass maintenance is for our horses. It might be an equine course, but we’re lucky enough to enjoy hands-on experiences like this too!
We also had some Easter fun, with all of our students taking part in games and a bit of friendly competition. A real highlight was having a go at horseball, thanks to Phoebe—one of our students—who has represented Great Britain, so there was no better person to teach everyone how it’s done!
To top it all off, the BHS organised a fantastic fun ride around our beautiful estate. We’re incredibly fortunate to have such amazing hacking facilities—not many people can say they get to ride in front of a stately home!
