If you could have one hypnotherapy session focused entirely on YOU, what would you choose?

Would you finally tackle the anxiety?
Let go of anger or resentment?
Quiet the overthinking?
Stop smoking? Drinking?
Break a habit or phobia?
Sleep better?
Feel more confident?
Or simply give your mind a much-needed reset?

What would you focus on?
Tell me in the comments 👇
I’d love to know.

GLASS OF WINE BECAUSE IT'S TUESDAY AND YOU SURVIVED ANOTHER DAY IN THE CLASSROOM?

Just one bottle of beer "Because you deserve it"?

After school/work drinks because "Hell I've worked hard for this!"?

That's not failure, that's conditioning.

Using alcohol like a bandage to cover up the stress of your job doesn't make it go away...it just numbs it ...for a little while.

I've been there, I've said all these things...and more...but there comes a time when the "just one glass, because I deserve it" doesn't numb the pain any more, so one glass turns into two, then before you realise it, you're downing a whole bottle of wine every night, by yourself, and that's not healthy.

If you're reading this thinking "This is me"' first of all, there is no shame, no guilt, no judgement - you're not alone.

Furthermore, I can help you deal with the underlying emotions, change the pattern of drinking and get you back on track so you're not drinking your stress away through a bottle.

The best part..it doesn't take months of therapy or thousands of pounds in expensive programmes.
My sessions give rapid change, are supportive and tailored to your exact needs.

DM me and we can arrange a good time to chat. Are you ready to rip the bandage off and deal with what really lies beneath?

FROM CPAP NIGHTMARES TO THE BEST NIGHT'S SLEEP I'VE HAD IN AGES!

I need to share this because I’m honestly a bit mind-blown…
I have chronic sleep apnoea and use a CPAP machine… and I hate it!
It feels claustrophobic, it’s uncomfortable, it whistles air into my eyes, it’s noisy… and most nights I end up ripping it off in my sleep without even realising. It's darn right annoying! But I need it......

But last night, I tried something different.
Before I went to sleep, I used a bit of self-hypnosis and told myself: this mask is my best friend… it’s here to help me… it’s actually genius because it gives me the best sleep ever.
And do you know what happened?
I slept for 7.5 hours straight. Deep sleep.
Didn’t take the mask off once.
Nothing about the machine changed.
Just how my brain experienced it.
Now I’m curious…
If you use a CPAP and secretly hate it, does this sound like you? Drop a “MASK” below or message me… I think I might be onto something here.

TEACHERS WHO JUST CAN'T GET A DECENT NIGHT'S SLEEP!

Are you exhausted… but your brain just won’t switch off?
You finally sit down. The house is quiet. And instead of relaxing… your mind starts replaying everything.
That lesson. That child. That conversation. That one thing you wish you’d done differently.
And suddenly it’s 11:47pm and you’re wide awake… again.
Let’s be honest… This isn’t just “bad sleep”.
This is your nervous system stuck in overdrive.
And no amount of “just relax” is fixing it.
That’s exactly why I created Sleep Well, Teach Well.
A simple, powerful way to help you finally switch off, sleep properly, and wake up feeling like yourself again.
If this is you… message me “SLEEP”.
Because you don’t have to keep living like this.

EXHAUSTED TEACHERS

“I’m done carrying 30 children home with me every night.
Are you?”
You’re exhausted… but your brain won’t switch off.
You finally sit down… and feel guilty for it.
You go to bed… and your mind starts marking, planning, worrying.
This isn’t a time management problem.
It’s your nervous system stuck in overdrive.
I help teachers switch off properly using hypnotherapy and NLP, so you can sleep deeply, wake up with energy, and actually enjoy your life outside the classroom again.
I’m looking for 3 teachers who feel like this right now to work with me.
Message me “SLEEP” if this is you.

That Sunday night spiral isn’t about Monday… it’s your mind stuck in overdrive.
When you quiet the noise, switch off the racing thoughts, and finally rest properly, everything feels lighter again.
Because it’s not the job… it’s the weight you’re carrying into it. ✨

TEACHERS WHO HAVE BROKEN OR NO SLEEP.....

Over the past few months, so many of my teacher friends and colleagues have told me the same thing: difficulty sleeping. Lying awake running through the day. Waking at 3am with the mind circling. Exhausted, but unable to switch off.
It's so common in our profession, we almost treat it as normal.
I understand it more than most. I lived it.
In 2015 I was teaching in Leeds, with three young children at home. 2am became my most hated hour — bone-tired, desperate for sleep, and the more I wanted it, the further away it drifted.
I remember sitting on my classroom floor crying, simply because I was that exhausted. Fighting to stay awake in a staff meeting. Invigilating a silent exam and feeling my eyelids closing despite everything in me trying to hold them up. I stopped seeing my friends — I had nothing left to give. I was an emotional wreck, running on lost sleep, week after week. By the end, I was utterly desperate.
I tried trying harder. Early nights, forcing myself to relax, telling myself to just switch off. None of it worked — because willpower was never the right tool for this job. Sleep doesn't respond to force. The more we grip it, the more it slips away.
What changed everything was discovering hypnotherapy.
For the first time, someone explained why my mind wouldn't switch off — not a personal failing, but a pattern. My subconscious had learned to stay on high alert, long after the danger had passed, and no amount of willpower could talk it down. Hypnotherapy gave me a way to reach that part of myself directly — to calm the noise and teach my mind it was safe to let go. Session by session, the sleep came back. And so did everything else — my patience, my energy, my enthusiasm for the job I loved.
It didn't just give me my sleep back. It gave me back to myself.
That's why I do this work now.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and it's not a failure of discipline. I'm running a free talk on sleep, stress and the subconscious, and what actually helps when willpower hasn't worked. Comment or message me to find out more.
