The Woodlands Nursery Group started with Oak House Nursery School in Ross-on-Wye in 1987 and in 2013 saw the opening of Beech House Nursery School in Hereford. Owned and run by the Marshall Family, these nurseries pride themselves on offering 'Outstanding' Early Years care and education in a 21st-century environment. 🌳 The team at Willow House have been building their Inclusion understanding by undertaking in their Whole Staff Meeting, using a fizzy bottle to learn about emotional disregulation.

The session was full of laughter, interactive learning, and practical strategies tailored specifically to our setting, and we are so proud to keep growing and learning to ensure that every little one who steps through our doors feels supported, valued, and understood.
