Roll on Wednesday and Thursday for the last of our Into The Woods holiday club!

We’ll be getting super geeky and excited about the impending change of season, thinking about our dormice friends snuffling around for autumn fruits and nuts, and foraging our own hazelnuts and cooking cookies - amongst many activities and games!

Such a sweet first session for our holiday club at Knucklas Castle Community Land Project!

This project is all about ‘Connecting People + Land’ so we started the series off thinking about how our ancestors would have lived on this land, and what it would have taken for every day survival. Which entailed us making some coil clay bowls and pots, foraged some blackberries, hobnuts and apples for our lunch pudding, and made some rather excellent bows and arrows. Ace work gang!
