MANUFACTURERS' RECALLS

A loosened screw may become caught in the steering mechanism of your Honda CMX500, CL250, or CL500A, preventing the steering from operating correctly, or cause the handle lock to detach. This could lead to loss of control and a fall, increasing the risk of injury.

We also see a number of recalls for Carburo and Befast motorcycle helmets (made in China), where the impact absorption capacity of the helmet is insufficient and/or the helmet's retention system could easily become detached and the helmet could completely slip off the head of the user.

Congratulations to Thomas riding his BMW K1600 who successfully completed the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scene on Monday. The course covered some great roads across, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire. 😎👍🏍️🏍️

The Voge DS800X Rally has completed 5000 miles since the end of April. It would be over 7000 but I used the Guzzi for 2000 miles in August. A fantastic training bike, easy to ride and very capable 😎👍🏍️

A great ride out after training, stops at the usual places and fantastic cod and chips, at the Little Chippy Litcham. Unfortunately it is likely to be our last visit there until next year. 🏍️🏍️
