Most of us treat friction as something to get rid of.
But friction is information. It's the meeting you keep dreading, the decision you keep circling back to, the way of working that quietly stopped fitting a while ago. Ignore it and it just gets louder.
Three questions worth sitting with this week:
Clarity — Where are the frictions that are giving you information? What are your choices?
Courage — What would you do differently if you weren't scared of getting it wrong?
Change — What are you ready to stop doing?
You don't need the answers today. You need the honesty to ask.
Save this for the next time something feels stuck.
