One of my incredible clients walked into our session this week after an intense and emotionally demanding period — a week we had both known was coming for some time.

Together, we’ve been preparing for her work’s Organisational Review and Restructure, including the challenging topic of potential redundancy. Our coaching journey has focused not only on navigating her leadership role through this transition, but also on building a new chapter — one that is deeply aligned with her values, strengths, and evolving needs.

As her sense of fulfilment at work has started to wane, her vision of starting her own business has grown louder and clearer. To say I’m excited to see what bold steps she takes next would be an understatement.

She opened our session with the powerful, honest reflection below — a testament to the kind of coaching space I hold: safe, empathetic, and deeply supportive.

Today I got back doing something I really enjoy, networking with the Mums in Business Reading Community. It’s great to see some familiar faces, meet new ones and share and celebrate business progress together and also to be inspired by their guest speaker - this time it was all centred on Women’s Health and Nutrition (unfortunately can’t tag due to the MIB Facebook rules)

What a lovely way to start the day - with a thank you card from one of my amazing clients 🥰Together we went on a journey of discovery relating to inner happiness, navigating a relocation for themselves and their children, tackling some limiting beliefs along the way. This work led to them retraining and achieving a career that combined their love of art, therapy and supporting people 🫶🏼

When did you last stop? And by that I mean, stop and put everything down and take the time to consider;
- where you are now?
- where you’d like to be 6 months from now?
- how you are feeling about ALL that brings up for you?

When we talk of investing in ourself we often use our precious funds on things like time away from the ‘norm’ like a break away, or treating ourselves to tangible items, or investing in our physical health.

But what about what is going on in your mind?
It is your mind that truly has the power to take you places you’ve never been before!

Today I took the time to invest in myself and my business and attended Henley Female Network for the first time. It was a really heartfelt and inspiring session where Judith Katz was the guest speaker. It was great to have the opportunity to meet with some amazing inspiring women.
