This week’s reminder: getting outside can do wonders for your mental health. 🌤️

Working outdoors and riding ATVs means more than learning practical skills — it’s also a chance to reset, focus and recharge away from screens and daily stress.

Benefits of spending time outside can include:
🌿 Reduced stress levels
☀️ Improved mood and energy
🧠 Better focus and concentration
💨 Fresh air and movement that help clear the mind

At our training sessions, we’re not just promoting safe riding — we’re encouraging healthy habits and positive wellbeing too.

So whether you’re out on the farm, in the woodland, or on the trails, take a moment to appreciate the benefits of being outdoors. 🚜💚

Think loads don't affect your ATV's handling? Think again! Incorrect loading can significantly increase the risk of rollovers. Whether you're hitting the trails or working in the field, always balance your load and follow safety guidelines to keep your ride steady.

Your safety is in your hands — double-check before you head out!

Stay alert, stay safe

Think short trips are safe enough to skip a risk assessment? Think again! Most incidents occur during routine journeys—familiarity can lead to complacency. Take a moment to assess and prioritize safety, no matter how quick the ride.

Your vigilance today could prevent tomorrow’s mishap. Let's make safety second nature!

Busting the ATV myth 🚨

Think ATVs are safe on roads because of their big tyres? Think again. ATVs are designed for off-road adventures, not paved surfaces. Riding on hard roads increases the risk of rollovers and loss of control. Stay informed, ride safe, and keep ATVs where they belong—off-road!

🌾 Supporting Farm Safety Week 💛

This week we're proud to support Farm Safety Week – a campaign dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of staying safe on our farms.

Every year, preventable accidents continue to change lives. That's why we're passionate about providing practical ATV and utility vehicle training that gives riders the knowledge and confidence to work safely.

🚜 Our message is simple:
✅ Wear the correct PPE every time. - ALWAYS wear a helmet
✅ Take time to complete your pre-ride checks.
✅ Never carry passengers unless the vehicle is designed to do so.
✅ Ride within your ability and the conditions.
✅ Keep learning – training saves lives.

Farm safety isn't just about following rules – it's about making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

Join us in supporting and let's all play our part in creating safer farms for everyone. 💛

Think safety first on familiar tracks

Just because you've used a trail before doesn’t mean it’s still safe. Weather 🌦️ livestock 🐄 and machinery 🚜 can transform terrain overnight. Stay alert, inspect the path, and ride responsibly. Your safety matters—always double-check before hitting the tracks!

Spread awareness and keep your ATV adventures safe. Let’s look out for each other!

Breaking the myth on safety culture

Challenging unsafe behaviour is not being difficult—it's being responsible. 💡 A strong safety culture thrives when people speak up to protect themselves and others. Let's continue to value courage over silence. Together, we can make a difference. Speak up, stay safe!

PPE is self-care. 💛

On the farm, on the trail, on the job — protecting yourself isn’t just a policy, it’s protecting your wellbeing.

⚠️ A helmet protects your brain.
⚠️ Eye protection shields your vision from dust, debris and branches.
⚠️ Gloves give you grip and guard against cuts and vibration.
⚠️ Sturdy boots support your ankles and protect your feet on and off the machine.

It’s not “over the top.”
It’s looking after your body, your future, and the people who count on you.

This , wear the gear. Every ride. Every time.

☀️ HOT WEATHER = EXTRA CARE ☀️

Sunny days are great for getting out on the ATV, but hot weather brings extra risks.

Before you ride:

💧 Stay hydrated – drink water regularly, not just when you're thirsty.

🧢 Wear the correct PPE – it protects you, even in the heat.

⏸️ Take regular breaks in the shade.

🔍 Check your ATV before setting off, paying close attention to tyre pressures, as heat can affect them.

🌡️ Know the signs of heat exhaustion and don't ignore them.

Looking after yourself is just as important as looking after your machine. Safe riders make better riders.

Stay cool, stay alert, and enjoy your ride safely! 🌿🏍️
