Day 3 — Tâm Khí Thể & Qi Gong Stage, Slănic Moldova, Romania
Morning — Qi Gong (Open Air)
Slănic Moldova is a Carpathian spa resort at 530m, known for exceptionally clean, allergen-free air rich in negative ions  and ozonated, aromatic mountain air that both relaxes and stimulates the body.  These conditions support deeper breathing, better oxygen uptake, and a calmer nervous system — ideal for grounding practice at the start of the day.
Lunch — Meditation
A seated session to settle the breath and sharpen focus at the midday break.
Evening — The Sword Form: “The Tongue of the Phoenix Bird”
In martial application, the sword represents justice. In the form, it becomes artistic — the Tongue of the Phoenix, voice of the immortal Fenghuang, heard only once every 3,000 years. Each movement carries the weight of a voice that sings once in an age.
Day 2: Tâm Khí Thể & Qi Gong — 240m underground, surrounded by salt.
Halotherapy meets moving meditation. The salt cave’s microclimate supports easier breathing and deeper relaxation, while slow, flowing movements calm the nervous system and improve balance, focus and joint mobility.
