These ladies are amazing . Just so sad to see the pressure they are under just because people are not neutering their cats 😩
UPDATE: This post has reached 6.5k shares which is our first and only viral Facebook post. It's amazing and I was not expecting it BUT we are now getting very negative comments and messages. WE ARE NOT GIVING THESE CATS AWAY. We are a non profit cat rescue looking to convert to charity status. There is an adoption process and fee in place. Theses cats are raised in our home, become part of our family and are medically treated. The desperation in our post was for the lack of serious adoption enquiries and for the lack of people neutering their animals.
We currently have 53 adult cats and kittens in our house at the moment.
Yes, in our own house. Every bedroom and bathroom is FULL. We have little to no interest in these cats, which means no cats moving on and calls everyday for more cats needing to come in to us...
We can not physically take anymore cats in and if we can't find homes for these cats we will never have time to become a registered charity to help find funding, therefore, forcing us to close our doors.
We do not want to do this, and we are obviously needed in this area but we are struggling...WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR MONEY. Sharing our page and the cats and kittens up for adoption is such a MASSIVE help. You just need to click one button.
