You have made it this far, and I'm so proud of you and all the work that you've put in, all the tears and all the pain.

The most important relationship we will ever have is with ourselves. Remember when you speak to yourself negatively, when you don't believe in yourself, when you allow someone to keep hurting you, your younger self is being treat like this too.
Would you speak or treat a child badly? Then why do it to yours?
One of the first steps to healing your inner child is to speak to them kindly... so speak to yourself kindly and be proud of yourself for every single step you take each day ❤️

Hi, I am Anna, I am a counsellor based in Hebburn (Tyne and Wear).
I work with adults who are 18+, I offer individual face to face, telephone and video call counselling throughout the UK.

I am friendly and down to earth who will offer you a safe, contained space with a smile and a relaxed environment to explore what is happening in your life.
