So thankful to have gathered in circle last evening. 🤎
We slowed down together, shared what’s been moving through us, listened, laughed, reflected and made space for whatever each of us arrived with.
We created an altar together, honouring transitions …the endings, beginnings and uncertain spaces in between. The seasons of life where something is shifting, even if we don’t quite know what comes next.
With autumn arriving, we reflected on the invitation of this season to slow down, to turn inward, and to gently let go of what we no longer need to carry.
I always find it so special what happens when women come together in this way. The stories, the honesty, the little moments of recognition when you realise someone else is feeling something you thought was yours alone.
Feeling really grateful for the women who gathered, for the openness around the circle, and for the beautiful energy we created together.
A little reminder that we’re not meant to move through all of life’s transitions alone. 🍂🤎
