A nice staff afternoon out catching some fresh Pembrokeshire prawns, mussels and sea spaghetti. Cooked in Shirgar salted butter, garlic, chilli and a bit of the broth from cooking the mussels.

We don’t just teach this stuff, we live it 24/7.

What a weekend we just had!🌿
Bit of foraging with the kids, learning the difference between edible and inedible berries, what to do when you get stung by nettles, and tasting different types of seaweeds.
Walks in the woods and around the beach that included finding magical swings here and there…btw whenever you can set up a swing for absolute strangers to have a blast, do it! They’ll be grateful 🙏 also if you haven’t read it yet, there’s a beautiful chapter in the book about swings as a way to reclaim the space, and stay in relationship to the land and to other humans 👌recommend.
Making music together, amazing venison bbq and homemade cake, morning sauna at , sea dips and stunning sunsets.

When you’re running late to see the acoustic MWSOG gig at Castell Henlleys 😂

What a fantastic performance and venue for this intimate gig, it’s was a truly wonderful experience.

Hopefully the first of many.

Those of us who haven’t seen it already, are looking forward to seeing your festival set too (we’ve heard great things)

A series of workshops taking place at Haverfordwest Community Garden / Gardd Gymunedol Hwlffordd to explore the body-nature connection. designed to support women in deepening their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the living landscapes around them.

Through guided sensory awareness practices, mindful movement, nature connection exercises, group sharing, and seasonal exploration, we will slow down and attune to the wisdom of both body and place. Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, local ecosystems, and ancestral ways of relating to the land, these gatherings offer a supportive space to reconnect with what it means to be fully present and embodied.

Ecosomatics explores the understanding that our bodies are not separate from nature, but are expressions of it. By cultivating awareness of our physical sensations, emotions, and surroundings, we can foster greater wellbeing, resilience, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Whether you are seeking rest, reconnection, inspiration, or simply an opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors with other women, this workshop offers a welcoming space for exploration and community.

No previous experience is necessary. All abilities are welcome.

This is a funded event, so there's a voluntary £10 donation for standard tickers, and free tickets for carers.
