When it comes to training there tends to be so much ego and pride; people punish themselves for not always performing to their best or lifting the same as others. I myself do it on the regular, doubting my own ability based on that of others, thinking my journey isn't worthy or impressive enough to mention.
Well that's Bulls"*t! And that's something everyone, including myself should tell themselves everyday.
Just because you may not be where you may want to be whether that be physically, mentally, financially etc. it doesn't mean where you are, what you are or who you are isn't amazing or important.
This has kinda gone off the topic of fitness but the premise remains; you might not be as strong or as fit as you want to be but the work you put in is what matters, your dedication, your failures.
Winners are made from failure so take every loss as a lesson and every set back as motivation to keep pushing.
Motivational Monday completed! 😉💪
