Welcome to Tomes Tuition's Book Club 📚

A question we often get asked by parents is, "How can I improve my child's writing?"

✨️ Reading ✨️

High-quality texts can have a huge impact on improving and widening a child's vocabulary, sentence structures, understanding of texts, creative ideas, authorial voice, and so much more! 🙌🏻

Books are not only a fantastic tool for improving children's English skills, but are also screen-free portals to another world! ✨️🌏

Hey everyone 👋 Our tutor, Beth, is putting her teaching skills to use through her other passion, Art! Beth and Eva, the wonderful owner of the Craftiful Studio, are super excited to be bringing a brand new Paint & SIP workshop to add to your Christmas plans 🥂🎨

In true festive style, we are hosting the most fabulous Paint & SIP evening where you will learn step-by-step how to create your own Christmas inspired wreath 🎄

You’ll learn how to blend backgrounds for different effects and layer paint to create depth. You’ll design and create your own stunning wreath painting on a 30cm box frame, giving a real luxury feel.

You’ll be greeted with a glass of Prosecco and enjoy top ups throughout the evening 🍾

Tickets are £38 per person 🎟️
Friday 12th December, 7.30pm-9.30pm 📅
Over 18s only. ID may be required

Did you know our tutor, Beth, loves to be creative?

In fact, the paintings in this post are hers! 🎨

Being creative is more than artistic expression and getting messy! 🖌

It also can be about problem- solving, generating new ideas, solutions, or ways of doing things, often by thinking outside the box and being open to new experiences. 🤔🧠
