Today our Year 6 children had an amazing time at the YMT Youth Festival at Emmaus Youth Village! πŸŽ‰πŸ™

The day was filled with energy, joy and faith as they took part in singing, dancing, games, worship and moments of reflection alongside children from other schools. It was wonderful to see everyone embracing the experience, building new friendships and growing in confidence as they celebrated their faith together.

Our children represented the school brilliantly throughout the day, showing enthusiasm, respect and kindness, and making us incredibly proud. The fire brigade even came to cool everyone down at lunch time 🚿

A huge thank you to the Youth Ministry Team (YMT) for organising such a well-planned, inspiring and memorable event, and to everyone who helped make the day such a special experience for our children.

What a fantastic morning of storytelling! πŸ“šβœ¨

Some of our children had a wonderful time visiting Community Hub South, where they were completely captivated by the brilliant Elizabeth Baker Storytelling. Her imaginative stories had everyone engaged from beginning to end, sparking smiles, laughter and a real love of reading.

The visit also introduced this year's Summer Reading Challenge, "Read to the Beat", and our children are excited to take part over the summer holidays.

A huge thank you to the team at Community Hub South and to Elizabeth for providing such an inspiring experience. Opportunities like these help nurture a lifelong love of books, reading and creativity.

We can't wait to see our children discover even more amazing stories this summer! πŸ“–πŸŽΆ

β˜€οΈ What a fantastic day at our KS1 and KS2 Sports Day! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

The sun was shining, the children enjoyed a wide range of activities and there was a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day.

It was wonderful to see so many parents, carers, adults and family members coming along to support and encourage the children, and even better to see some of you taking part too! Your enthusiasm and support helped make the day extra special.

Most importantly, our children showed fantastic determination, teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship in every event.

A huge thank you to the fantastic EMS Sports Leaders, who supported the day so brilliantly. They were amazing with the children, helped run activities throughout the day and were excellent role models for our pupils.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make today such a memorable occasion. πŸ’œπŸ’›
