🔬Swim Science, Analysis & Support services for swimmers and clubs.

I will be releasing available services in a phased approach; ultimately I will be looking to partner with clubs to provide sport science services to meet the need of their environment and their swimmers.

Service 1️⃣
Stroke Analysis & Profiling 🏊🏊‍♀️

I will be offering this on a 121 basis, where swimmers will receive video analysis and feedback, and a complete technical profile of their stroke to aid their training in their day-to-day environment.

Swimmers will also have the benefit of exclusive use of a swimming pool!

A little bit about my background;

I’ve been coaching and teaching swimming across the whole spectrum from paddlers to podium, for the last 16 years (time flies, eh!)

I’ve worked hard to develop my own knowledge and coaching practice and hold:
📙 MSc in Performance Coaching
(University of Stirling)
📘 BSc in Sport Science
(Sheffield Hallam University)
📗 Swim England Level 3 Senior Coach

My areas of interest are Physiology, Performance Analysis, and Coaching Process.
