This lovely market, has at its core the main aim to connect a rural community with local growers and producers. The Hartest Institute is a lovely venue in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Suffolk, and the Market attracts visitors from the many surrounding villages as well as from Sudbury, Long Melford and Bury St Edmunds. fee, tea and homemade cakes. There is a small car park to the rear of the Institute, or street parking by the Green.

Thankyou to everyone that came to our September market on Saturday it was great to see you all there.
We did have a couple of unexpected but very welcome extra attractions too!
Phillipa was outside on the grass with the Hartest Ice Cream bike, selling the remainder of the ice-creams left over from the village fete so a bit more money made for their funds plus we had a little four legged friend drop by for a while - think they might have been hoping Phillipa had some carrot and hay flavoured ice cream!!
We look forward to seeing you all again in October.😊

We have two new stallholders joining us for our next market this Saturday 5th September.
Anna from Larks View Flowers from Stanton who will be bringing a selection of her lovely home grown fresh and dried flowers together with her beautifully decorated willow wreaths.
Also with us for the first time will be the English Spirit Distillery based in Great Yeldham and Cornwall. They produce a selection of spirits including, Gin, Rum, Vodka, and an array of liqueurs including Sambuca.
Returning this month too is Flutterby Cakes from Hartest, very local to us!
Handmade by Houchin with their candles and wax melts.
Appleacre Farm are back with their organic selection of salad, vegetables and fruit.
Plus much more - all our regulars - a fully booked market to enjoy, not to mention hot sausage and bacon rolls, tea, coffee and cake.
Lots of good company too.
See you there - 10.00 til 12.30.😊
