🌟 Learning so we can give your children the very best 🌟
This week, the founders of GSN have been attending one of the largest early childhood education conferences in the world, learning from leading experts in child development, relationships, wellbeing and play-based learning.
While there was plenty of discussion around leadership and education, our focus was simple.
How can we create even better experiences for the children and families who trust us every day?
One message came through again and again.
Children thrive when they feel safe, connected, valued and truly known.
We explored the latest research on social and emotional development, the power of play, and how strong relationships between educators, children and families create the foundations for lifelong learning.
One presentation reminded us that before children are ready to learn, they first need to feel safe, that they belong, and that they are surrounded by trusted adults who know them well.
It reinforced something we’ve always believed at GSN.
Play is never just play.
Every game, conversation, song, adventure and moment of curiosity is helping children build confidence, resilience, friendships and skills for life.
