There is something very special about seeing the Pankaj name associated with an award that stands for peace, understanding and positive change.

The Pankaj Award to End Conflict recognises individuals and initiatives working to bring people together, resolve conflict and create stronger, more inclusive communities around the world.

As Selva prepares to present the award at the One Young World Summit 2026 in South Africa, I am incredibly proud of what this moment represents — not simply for our family, but for the young leaders whose courage and commitment the award exists to celebrate.

Real change often begins with people who are willing to listen, understand different perspectives and take action when it matters.

I am looking forward to seeing another remarkable changemaker recognised on the global One Young World stage. 🤝🌍

A proud moment for Regent and for everyone who has been part of our journey.

The recognition at the America 250 Legacy Awards in Washington, D.C. is a wonderful reminder of how far a shared vision can travel when it is supported by dedicated people, strong relationships and a genuine belief in what we are building.

When Selva and I began this journey, our ambition was always bigger than building an organisation. It was about creating opportunities through education and developing something that could make a meaningful difference to people across the world.

Today, that vision continues to grow because of the people around us. Every new relationship, partnership and opportunity is the result of a team that believes in Regent’s mission and works hard to move it forward.

A special mention to Mehedi Alam, Managing Director, who represented Regent in Washington and received the recognition on our behalf. It is wonderful to see relationships developed by our team creating new opportunities for Regent internationally.

There is still so much more we want to achieve, but moments like this give us an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far — and look forward to what comes next.

Proud of our team, proud of what we are building, and excited for the future.

Today, thousands of young people will open their A Level results and begin thinking about what comes next.

To every student receiving their results, congratulations. Take a moment to recognise how much work, perseverance and commitment has gone into reaching this point.

Whether your next step is university, an apprenticeship, employment or a different path entirely, there is so much still ahead of you.

Be proud of how far you have come and excited about where your journey could take you next.

Leadership begins with listening.

Leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating the space to hear different perspectives, understand new ideas, and learn from every conversation.

The strongest relationships are built through curiosity, empathy and genuine collaboration. Listening first often leads to the most meaningful progress.

It was a pleasure to meet so many prospective students and families during our Information Session at Park Hyatt Chennai.

Events like these are about more than sharing information—they're about building confidence, answering questions and helping students discover the opportunities available to them.

Thank you to everyone who attended!

I’m taking on The Big Half — a 13.1-mile closed-road race through London, starting at Tower Bridge and finishing at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

This is more than just a run for me. It’s a chance to be part of something bigger — a powerful community event that brings together people of all backgrounds, celebrating the diversity of London while raising vital funds for important causes.

I’m running in support of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Charity, which funds life-changing treatment, research, and care for people with complex orthopaedic conditions.

Every mile I run is for those who rely on this work. Any support you can give, no matter the amount, will make a real difference.

Selva and I recently visited Loyola College in India as part of Regent Global's continued commitment to building meaningful university partnerships that create long-term opportunities for students across the world.

This is another step towards a stronger, more connected global education network — one built on collaboration, innovation, and lasting impact.

Regent Global's Information Session at Park Hyatt Chennai brought together prospective students, parents, graduates, and professionals looking to understand what's genuinely possible for their next step in education.

What stood out to me was the range of questions — from undergraduate pathways to postgraduate and professional routes, right through to international study options. Each conversation was different, because each student's situation is different, and that's exactly the kind of guidance we set out to offer at Regent Global.

It was also a privilege to have Professor Selva Pankaj, Chairman of Regent Global, join for the evening. His perspective on where global education is heading, and his ability to connect with prospective students and their families, was a highlight of the session.

Building institutions that genuinely serve students takes exactly this — being in the room, answering the real questions, and listening. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Chennai. We'll be continuing these conversations at more sessions across India.

Behind every graduation is a story that often goes unseen.

Long days balancing work and study. Families making sacrifices. Lecturers and professional staff going the extra mile. Friends encouraging one another to keep going.

Last week’s Regent College London Summer Graduation was a celebration of all those stories. Moments like these remind us why education matters—it changes lives, not just careers.

Congratulations to every member of the Class of 2026. I wish you every success in the journey ahead.

I've been a long-time supporter of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, because it gives young people something no classroom can grade: real resilience, real service, real follow-through.

That's the outcome every education system should be building toward. Not just qualified students — young people of genuine character.

If that matters to you too, join me in supporting it.
