A man who's trying to make an impact on the world by making the people in it happier.

We finally did it.

For years I’ve been saying to our coaches, our members, my family… even my children

“one day we’ll have a place to call our own.”

And now, that day is here.

Opening the doors to our new home surrounded by so much love, support and well wishes from the very people who helped make this possible…

there’s no better way it could have happened.

This isn’t a gym.

It’s a space built with love and faith

for our members,
for our family,
for every person who wants to feel stronger, fitter and happier in their own body.

With God, and together, anything is possible.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us, believed in us, and been part of this journey so far.

This is just the beginning.

Time to take things to the next level and continue our mission to help people live freely, happily, and without being held back by their body, fitness or health.

Live. Love. Go Beyond.

You don’t need to know exactly where the journey will lead.

You just need to take the first step.

15 years ago, I started unsure, lacking confidence, and figuring things out as I went.

Every step since has come from leaning into fear, learning from setbacks, and having the right people around me.

If you’re ready to become stronger, fitter, and happier about your body and health

this is your moment to start.

Reflections + Lessons from the past 8 weeks.

1. Doing life with is the best and she’s a weapon of a woman with an unbreakable mindset.

2. My kids are always watching. Be brave, give your best effort and they will to.

3. Appreciate every minute with my children, they will be grown before I know it.

4. Keep showing up, keep putting in the reps.

5. Cross the Ts, dot the Is. Details matter. And you can always depend on your brother, he’s a blessing and always will be.

6. 8 years go fast. Blink and she’ll be a teenager. Time gives before it takes.

7. Make an impact. Change lives. Never take it for granted.

8. God + Family first. Have faith in God always and my family will always be there with me.

9. Sadie is a real one. This has been an incredible journey so far and I’m excited for the future and what’s ahead for us.

10. Life with you is always better, your love is the biggest blessing.

11. Remember why we’re doing this, and what the mission is. Freedom and happiness for our members.

12. Be brave and overcome every challenge.

13. Keep doing great work, not for the praise or recognition. But because it’s the right thing to do.

14. The journey is more important than the destination.

15. Have faith. With God you can do with this.

16. Don’t lose sight of why and who.

“A new year doesn’t change your life, your decisions do”

A gem dropped by on the latest episode of the podcast.

Don’t get caught up in the “New Year, New Me” hype trap

and forget the part that’s most important in changing your fitness, health and body for the better…

Changing your habits, lifestyle and decisions.

You can change your life this, many people will, but do it the right way by focusing on the right things.

You’re about to see a lot of highlight reels.
Big wins. Big smiles. “Best year ever” posts.

If you’re watching them and feeling a bit rubbish about your own year, stop.

Comparison is the thief of joy.

You’re seeing the highlight, not the whole story.

And comparing your journey to someone else’s will only take you away from what actually matters.

This year, I t’s just a small part of your bigger story.

Part of the process, not the full picture.

Focus on what you do have.

Even if that’s just being here and getting another shot tomorrow.

Gratitude is always the right attitude.

Here’s to a stronger, fitter, happier 2026.
Wishing you a very Happy New Year

Our mission for this race is our mission for life:

Give it our best, go beyond anything that stands in our way, and enjoy every moment of the journey.

Loved doing this with you, Soph

here’s to many more adventures (and hopefully races!) ahead.

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t belong in a gym… read this.

Last weekend I went to a CPD event with my coaching team, hosted by the leaders in our industry, the PFCA and the Gym Owners Network.

And the first thing I noticed?

The same thing I notice every time…

Hardly anyone looked like me.

A South Asian brown man who didn’t grow up lifting weights and definitely wasn’t breastfed with whey protein.

To be clear, the PFCA and GON community are some of the most welcoming and supportive people you’ll meet. I never feel out of place with them.

But it reminded me of how I used to feel in my early days

unsure if I belonged because I didn’t see people who looked like me in these spaces.

That feeling faded because I kept showing up, pushed through the self-doubt, and proved to myself that I did belong.

Earlier this week, while listening to on a livestream with , her words landed perfectly:

“If you can’t see yourself being represented, you are the representation.”

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing all along.

Now I represent for and not just South Asians in fitness,

but anyone who’s ever felt like they don’t fit the “gym crowd”.

Maybe that’s you right now.

Maybe you want to start, but fear, judgement or not feeling “ready” is holding you back.

Most people feel that way before they begin.

But once you walk through our doors at Body+Beyond, that fear dissolves fast.

Our sessions meet you where you’re at.

Our coaches put you at ease.

And our members make you feel like you’ve belonged from day one.

So if you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong in a fitness space, remember:

“If you can’t see yourself being represented, you are the representation.”

Keep showing up

for yourself, your family, and the people who’ll be inspired because you started.

Kalina started her journey with us 10 years ago today!

And it’s safe to say, she’s completely transformed her life since then.

The biggest change?

The freedom that comes with feeling stronger, fitter, and truly happy in her own skin.

Everyone who knows Kalina would agree

she’s no longer held back or restricted by her fitness, health, or body.
Instead, she’s living life with confidence, energy, and joy.

What my kids taught me about healthy eating… without even trying 🍪

You know what drives me mad?

When we’re in a rush and my kids decide now is the time to sloooowly nibble on a biscuit like it’s the last bit of food on earth.

Every bite savoured.
Every crumb cherished.
Meanwhile, I’m losing my mind 🤦🏽‍♂️🫠

But… they’re actually doing something most adults forget how to do:

They’re eating mindfully.

👉🏽 Eating slower helps you feel full sooner
👉🏽 Stops you grabbing more without thinking
👉🏽 And helps you enjoy your food instead of inhaling it.

Research shows mindful eaters have:
✔️ Lower BMIs
✔️ Better digestion
✔️ Less emotional eating

So today, channel my biscuit-loving nuggets.

Savour your next meal.
Take your time.
Feel the difference.
