as individuals to meet their full potential." We have a breadth of experience with a team of professionals dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for the children and young persons we place. Our commitment to our carers is second to none as we offer training with ongoing professional

support on a 24/7 basis. The training is regular, interesting and conducted in a friendly nurturing environment with no exams! This provides the foundation for our carers to have the confidence to enable the youngsters in their care to really thrive. We pride ourselves on thinking we are a family providing the very best care and support to all our carers and children. The law is that a foster carer may only be approved to foster with one agency or local authority. This means choosing the right agency is so important. We start with an invitation recognising you are considering opening your heart and home to a child/young person in need. And there are over 8000 new foster families needed this year alone. Give us a call as we’d be keen to talk, answer your questions and arrange a visit with you.

🌈 Our Trip to LEGOLAND! 🧱✨

At Rainbow, we believe supporting children and fostering families is about so much more than the everyday — it’s also about creating opportunities to have fun, try new things and make special memories together. 💙

Our recent trip to LEGOLAND was one of the many FREE events and days out we organise for our children and fostering families throughout the year.

For some children, experiences like these may be a first. For others, they’re simply another exciting day to look forward to as part of the Rainbow community. 🌈

From adventures and activities to celebrations and family events, we want every child at Rainbow to have opportunities to explore, laugh, connect and simply enjoy being a child. ✨

Our goal is to create experiences, strengthen connections and make memories together. 💛

Our Youth Participation Service offers one-to-one mentoring sessions for children and young people in our care, providing an extra layer of support alongside their foster family.

These sessions create dedicated time for young people to build trusting relationships, express themselves, develop confidence, and take part in activities that support their emotional wellbeing.

This week, we enjoyed a nature collage activity—collecting flowers and leaves before creating artwork together. It was a simple way to encourage creativity, conversation and connection.

By supporting children and young people in this way, we also help foster carers, strengthening relationships and promoting placement stability so that every child has the best opportunity to thrive. 💙🌿

At Rainbow Fostering, our foster carers don’t just provide a safe place to live, they welcome children into family life. That means celebrating birthdays, enjoying weekend adventures, and taking holidays together whenever appropriate.

Whether it’s building sandcastles by the sea, exploring new places, or simply laughing over an ice cream, these moments help children feel what every child deserves to feel: that they belong.

Whether they feel joyful, sad, angry, scared or uncomfortable, every emotion is trying to tell us something important. When children understand their emotions, they can begin to express their needs, build resilience and feel safe enough to ask for help.

At Rainbow Fostering, we create homes where children are listened to, understood and supported through every emotion—not judged for having them. ❤️🌈
