Fantastically Fabulous Food Hygiene Course

Due to legislation changes, it is now compulsory to be fully trained in food and hygiene when working in a childcare setting. The BBC recently reported that 73% of chickens in supermarkets were found to be contaminated with campylobacter (it’s a form of food poisoning!) We don’t want that happening…
