Well done to the 12 Rayners Lane Taekwon-do Academy students, who stepped up and represented their Academy and themselves at the recent South East Opens, held on the 1st March, 2026.
We came 10th overall, out of over 50 schools, which is great considering many of our entries had limited competition experience (2/3 in fact), so you should be proud of yourselves, as there were many excellent schools and squads in attendance.
As always, I try to make an epic video for those that represented. (I feel) this one is no exception.
So as Public Enemy said: "Pump Up The Volume"... sit back and enjoy the video of the fruits of your labour.
Ps. There are lots of metaphors in this video, as an example 'Get on the Dance Floor' is a metaphor for 'get out there, spar and represent'.. how many can you spot?
