• Nuts – walnuts, peanuts,almonds,pistachios, Brazilian nuts, pine nuts

• Seeds – pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds

• Fish- salmon, sardines, mackerel

• Nut butter – peanut butter, almond butter, sun butter

• Olive oil

• Eggs

BENEFITS OF EATING FATS:
• Supporting hormones as:
     ☆Cholesterol is the pre-cursor for all your steroid hormones, and is vital for the production of bile and Vitamin D (which is a HORMONE).
   ☆Your brain is made up of 60% fat – your brain produces hormones (neurotransmitters) and signals your hormone pathways

Why should you eat PROTEIN??

2. Protein burn the most calories while digesting.
You may not know this but Your body doesn't just burn calories during exercise, it does it during digestion too.
Protein: 20-35% of calories burned through processing

Carbohydrates: 5-15% of calories burned through processing

Fats: 0-5% of calories burned through processing

So I you can see protein has a thermic effect upward of five times greater than carbohydrates or fat.
