🥋🛡️ PREMIER BULLY BUSTER PROGRAMME
Building confident kids through non-violent conflict resolution.

At Premier Kickboxing, we believe the strongest kids don’t look for fights — they know how to avoid them.

Our Bully Buster Programme teaches children (ages 7–12) how to:

✅ Recognise bullying early
✅ Use confident body language
✅ Set strong verbal boundaries
✅ Stay calm under pressure
✅ Walk away safely
✅ Report problems appropriately
✅ Support others as leaders, not bystanders

Through our structured 6-month rotating curriculum, students develop:

⭐ Confidence without aggression
⭐ Emotional control & resilience
⭐ Situational awareness
⭐ Respect & leadership skills
⭐ Age-appropriate self-protection (last resort only)

This isn’t about fighting.
It’s about empowering kids with the tools to handle conflict safely and smartly.
